For global product vendor Zoho Corporation, increasing end user adoption of mobility applications and cloud based service is good news. Across 2013 it expects positive adoption trends in IT management, mobile device management, cloud computing, smart integration, BYOD and enhanced workflows through various products to be key drivers for its ManageEngine revenue. Across the year, it also expects ManageEngine to differentiate itself from rest of the industry on the basis of its multi-tenancy application management versus applications from other vendors that co-mingle end user data. “Using cloud expertise in Zoho, ManageEngine plans to take cloud computing to the next level,” says Alex D Paul, Director ITSM. “ManageEngine is one of the main players in getting IT on the cloud.” Across 2012, mobility as a concept was still relatively new, but into 2013 the vendor expects things to change hugely due to rapid adoption.
